Vanya Mishra (born 27 February 1992), who was crowned Femina Miss India World in 2012, is an Indian Engineer, Entrepreneur, Former Actress, and Beauty Pageant titleholder.

Personal life
Vanya was raised in Chandigarh and studied Electrical Engineering at Punjab Engineering College. She was born in Jalandhar, Punjab. In August 2012, she represented India at the Miss World 2012 event in China. She finished in fifth place and won the other two titles, Miss Multimedia and Beauty with a Reason. After recording one of the highest scores in the private interview round and winning two back-to-back sub-contests, she led the scoreboard at the Miss World pageant.
She decided to follow her Entrepreneurial dream, unlike most of her peers, after rejecting numerous offers from Bollywood and TV. At the fashion discovery portal, SummerLabel, which was previously launched on Android, she was the co-founder and managing director.
Early life
Vanya Mishra was born to Indian Army officers, Late Major Navneet Mishra and Ved Mishra, on 27 February 1992 in Jalandhar, India. From Chandigarh, she did her schooling and was a school topper. Later, she attended the Engineering College of Punjab (PEC) and graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering in 2014.
Career
She has worked with the Times Group’s Miss India organization as a talent. She began working on her start-up concept at the end of 2014, following her graduation. She initiated numerous business models during her entrepreneurial years. One of them was to create a forum for coordinating and hosting public and private events, with the project ultimately pivoting to SummerLabel, a marketplace for fashion discovery with the idea of empowering young brands, retailers, and smaller designers.
The business got a little support from an angel and was published in several national newspapers, such as The Economic Times, The Huffington Post, YourStory, etc. Until January 2017, she continued to be an entrepreneur, after which she joined Reliance Jio.
