CAST OF THE WHITE TIGER
Newcomer Adarsh Gourav takes the lead in the film, alongside Rajkummar Rao and Priyanka Chopra Jonas. They will be joined by Aaron Wan, Perrie Kapernaros, Vedant Sinha, and Nalneesh Neel, among others. Ramin Bahrani does the honours as director, writer and producer.

Chopra Jonas has conjured up a storm of excitement about the film after sharing her thoughts on The White Tiger via her Twitter feed. “So proud to present the first look of The White Tiger,” she said, alongside a series of stills from the Netflix film.
“This is a story about a family and the plight of one man – Balram Halwai, played by Adarsh Gourav, one of the most talented newcomers I’ve ever worked with, and one of the most remarkable performances I’ve seen in a long time.”
DATE OF RELEASE
The White Tiger released on January 22 to widespread critical acclaim. The Hindustan Times review read, “It’s a star-making performance by newcomer Adarsh Gourav, who not only manages to grab the proverbial bull by the horns, but also reins it in. He’s an Angry Young Man for post-Modi India, much like what Amitabh Bachchan was for the Emergency generation — an embodiment of rage, restlessness and rebellion directed at the establishment.”

The White Tiger is directed by Ramin Bahrani and is based on Aravind Adiga’s Man Booker Prize-winning novel. It stars Adarsh Gourav in the lead with Priyanka and Rajkummar Rao as supporting actors. She has also co-produced the film
