Sidharth Shukla is an Indian actor, model and television host. He made his debut in Babul Ka Aangann Chootey Na as Shubh Ranawat. He is well known for role as Shivraj Shekhar in Balika Vadhu. He has done a number of reality television shows such as Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 7 and Bigg Boss 13, he won both these competitions. Sidharth also participated in Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 6. He was the host for Savdhaan India, and India’s Got Talent 6 &7. He also starred in 2014 film Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania. In season 14 of Bigg Boss or Bigg Boss: “Ab Scene Paltega” he is one of the “Toofani Seniors” along with Gauahar Khan and Hina Khan.
Sidharth Shukla was born on 12th December 1980 in Mumbai. He did his schooling from St. Xavier’s High School, Fort, Mumbai and went o to pursue a degree in Interior Design from Rachana Sansad School of Interior Design. Sidharth has always been very athletic and into sports. His father Ashok Shukla was an engineer in Reserve Bank of India and his mother Rita Shukla was a homemaker. The actor also has two elder sisters.
Career
Sidharth started out his career as a model, he represented India in the World’s Best Model contest held in Turkey, 2005 and became the first Asian to win the title. He went on to star in a few commercials before starting out in the Indian television industry. He made his debut playing the character Shubh Ranawat in Babul Ka Aangann Chootey Na. He did a number of Hindi TV series such as Jaane Pehchaane Se… Ye Ajnabb, Love U Zindagi and most notably he played Shivraj Shekhar in Balika Vadhu.
The actor has had a successful run in hosting TV shows as well, in 2014 he was the host for Savdhaan India – India Fights Back. Shukla also hosted the reality talent TV series India’s Got Talent 6 along with Bharti Singh. It was reported that the Sidharth has allegedly signed a 3-film-deal with Dharma Productions. He made his film debut in the 2014 romantic comedy Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania as Angad Bedi.

Personal Life
In 2014, the actor was caught driving under the influence of alcohol and was fined. In 2018, Shukla was arrested on the charges of rash driving when he lost control of his vehicle.
Sidharth was rumoured to be in a relationship with Drashti Dhami. He dated Shefali Jariwala. The actor was allegedly dating his Balika Vadhu co star Smita Bansal who played his mother in law on screen. He was also linked with Tanishaa Mukherjee and Rashmi Desai.
