Acting Career
Khushbu began her career as a child artist in Hindi film The Burning Train(1980). Her first lead role was against Jacky Shroff in movie Jaanoo(1985). She was introduced to the Telugu Cinema by the film Kaliyuga Pandavulu(1986).
Political Career
Her formal entry in politics was marked way back in 2010 when she joined DMK, she is currently a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party(joined in 2020). In between her shift from DMK to BJP she also joined Congress in November 2014 after quitting DMK owing to internal issues.
