Kamaal Rashid Khan aka KRK is an Indian film actor, producer, writer and critic. He is famous for participating in the reality TV show Bigg Boss season 3 in 2009.
KRK was born on 1st January 1975 in Deoband, Uttar Pradesh. He has become somewhat of a controversial figure due to his tweets and outspoken nature.
Kamaal started out his career in 2005, he is known for Hindi and Bhojpuri films. In 2006 he starred in Munna Pandey Berozgaar as the villain. In 2014 he made a cameo in the thriller fim Ek Villain — There’s one in every love story.
KRK has produced films as well such as the 2005 film Sitam and the 2008 film Deshdrohi in which he starred as well. Khan’s film Deshdrohi was banned in Maharashtra due to fear of riots in the state.
Kamaal is also famous for his participation in the realty TV show Bigg Boss season 3 but his stay was cut short after he was evicted from the BB house due tiffs with his fellow housemates.
In recent times the actor has also become a critic and uses YouTube as his platform, he has almost 6 lakh subscribers.
Khan is no stranger to controversy and tiffs with his fellow industry colleagues. He has been accused of making derogatory and caste-based remarks on the South Indian movie star Dhanush. He has made disrespectful comments against the LGBT community.
He angered Rajnikanth fans after he made derogatory comments about the film Kochadaiiyaan on twitter. He once posted a fabricated tweet of Shahrukh Khan, claiming that it was real but eventually everyone realised it was fake.
He got into a twitter fight with the comedian Kapil Sharma and said slanderous things about him. Sunny Leone allegedly filed an FIR against him after he made some crude comments about her.
