Isha Talwar is an Indian actress and model. She is best known for films in Malayalam and Hindi languages. Isha started her career as a child artist in the film Hamara Dil Aapke Paas Hai. She has also worked in several films in Tamil and Telugu from Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Early life:
Isha Talwar was born on December 22, 1987 in Mumbai, Maharashtra to a Punjabi family. Her father is Vinod Talwar, who works in Bollywood as a director and executive producer for Boney Kapoor. She is a graduate in Economics from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai. Isha was inclined towards dancing from a young age. She learned various forms of dance such as ballet, jazz, hip-hop and salsa from Terence Lewis’s dance academy. When Talwar was only 13 years old, she took an opportunity to play the younger sister of Aishwarya Rai in the movie “Hamara Dil Aapke Paas Hai” (2000).
Career:
Isha started her career as a model and has starred in over 40 commercials for brands like Pizza Hut, Vivel Fairness Cream, Kaya Skin Clinic, Dulux Paints, etc., although she was an actress in the Bollywood film Hamara Dil Aapke Paas Hai in 2000 as a child artist.
In 2012, she made her film debut as the lead actress in the Malayalam film Thattathin Marayathu. She became a sensation overnight with her character Aisha. Isha completed a four-month vocal training course and earned money to play the guitar.
Isha has also starred in films in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. In 2017, she co-starred with Salman Khan in Kabir Khan’s film Tubelight. Although this film failed at the box office, Isha managed to gain a foothold in the Bollywood film industry. In 2018, she was spotted alongside Saif Ali Khan in Kalakaandi, in 2019 she made her digital debut with the web series Home Sweet Office, after which she worked in Parchhayee, Swaha and Mirzapur 2.
Achievement:
After doing a great job in the film Thattathin Marayathu, she received 2013: Asianet Film Award for Best Star Pair and Vanitha Film Award for Best Debut (Female) award for the film.
