Isha koppikar was born in a Konkani hindu family. She has father Ragav Koppikar, and mother Bairal Koppikar and also has a younger brother, Anosh Koppikar.
Moreover, she was in a relationship with the late bollywood actor Inder Kumar who died in 2017 due to his excessive drinking Habits. Later, both parted away. 
Later, in 2005 Isha Koppikar met a Hotelier Timmy Narang in a gym through actress Preity Zinta. They both dated each other from 21 june 2008 and married on 29 November 2009. In July 2014, isha and Timmy were blessed with a baby girl named Rianna Narang. 
Career
Ishq Koppikar began her career in 1995 by participating in the Miss India contest where she won the Miss talent crown.
In 1998 she debuted as an actor in the Tamil film ‘Kaadhal Kavithai’.
Moreover, in 2000 she made her Bollywood debut with the movie Fiza. Later she acted in several tamil, marathi, telugu, hindi and kannada movies including Pinjar (2003), Krishna Cottage (2004), Don (2006), and Ek Vivaah… Aisa Bhi (2008). 
Isha gets recognition in bollywood industry in 2002 by the item number named khallas from movie Company.
In 2002, she gets featured in song ishq samundar from movie kaante.

In the Bollywood movie, Girlfriend (2004) Isha koppikar had a few intimate scenes with Amrita Arora, which created a provocation at the time of release. Some theatres even temporarily deserted the screening of the movie by owning the Sensitivity of Homosexual subject.
In an interview, she said that in the beginning of her career, she became a victim of several casting couch and had to face nepotism in the Hindi Film Industry.
