Who is Harry Jowsey and how did he become famous?
Model, actor and entrepreneur, Harry Jowsey was born on 24th May 1997. He was raised in a small town in Queensland, Australia and currently resides in Los Angeles, California. The 24-year-old actor rose to prominence after starring in season one of the Netflix dating reality show, ‘Too Hot to Handle’, which premiered in 2020. He was particularly known for his good looks and attractive height. He stands 6 foot and 4 inches, or 196 cm tall!
What’s up with him and Farago?
On the show, Jowsey coupled up with Canadian model Francesca Farago and the two of them together reigned over fans’ hearts. It was to no surprise that this couple ended up winning $75,000. In the reunion episode, they even got engaged, but the relationship ended quickly. They may have gotten back together, according to Jowsey’s Instagram.

It wasn’t Jowsey’s first time on a dating show…
Before contesting for ‘Too Hot to Handle’, Jowsey also appeared as a contestant on the Australian dating show, ‘Heartbreak Island’ which was telecasted in 2018. He won the show with his then-girlfriend Georgia Bryers and took home the $100,000 grand prize for winning the competition. On the day the show’s finale aired, they announced their breakup.

Jowsey isn’t just a reality show star!
Jowsey has his own clothing line, ‘Naughty Possums.’ He is also the owner of ‘Kensington Sunglasses.’ Josey has a pretty successful modeling career too, bagging some grand bookings from brands like ‘Tommy Hilfiger.’ In March 2021, the actor-turned-influencer launched a podcast called “Tap in with Harry Jowsey.” On his show, he’s had celebs like Jeffree Star, Chantel Jeffries, and Tana Mongeau. His net worth is estimated to be around $6-7 million.

Jowsey and his never ending love for tattoos…
Jowsey is a big enthusiast of tattoos and has quite a few of them. Todd, the name of his best friend is tattooed on the insides of his lips. Other than that he also has an elephant and an Arabic phrase that translates to ‘never not forget’ in English. He also had a finger tattoo but got that lasered off.

What’s up with him lately?
Recently Jowsey got into a controversy with popular influencer and makeup guru, James Charles. He was heard calling Charles a homophobic slur in a segment that was not supposed to be part of his podcast, which sparked outrage from the LGBTQ community, especially considering Jowsey had previously shown support for Trans rights. “James Charles is trying to f*** me…the makeup artist. You don’t know who he is? Just some f*****,” said Jowsey.
The original podcast was 40 minutes long, however it was cut down to 27 minutes. He quickly apologized to the LGBTQ community, and on an Instagram live stream, he addressed the matter. “The person that I said these things about, I did immediately apologize. I’ve mended things in private. I just wanted to come on here and say that I am extremely embarrassed about myself, my actions, and the fact that I let such a word slip out,” Jowsey said.
