Nicholas John Frost was born on the 28th of March, 1972, in Dagenham, London.

Frost is the son of Tricia and John Frost, office furniture designers.

Following that, he was cast as Mike Watt in Simon Pegg’s TV series Spaced, which ran from 1999 to 2001. 

In 2001, Frost appeared in the TV special Acorn Antiques and then hosted the show Danger! 50,000 Volts in 2002. 

However, it was in 2004 that he got his big break, appearing in the zombie comedy Shaun of the Dead with Simon Pegg.
