On the left-hand side of the screen, you’ll see “End Membership & Benefits,” located under the “Membership Management” section.

Just bear in mind that if you don’t cancel your membership and leave the monthly payment going, it will end up costing you more across a year, $155.88 to be exact, than if you were to have bought an annual membership.
