Alam Khan was born to Taqveem Hasan Khan and Shaheen Khan in Mumbai on June 19th. He is currently studying at the 10th level at Versova, Mumbai, CWC (Children’s welfare center). By now, this 15-year-old child artist has done many commercials, serials, and reality shows.

Career
This highly talented lad, who has got more than 300 accolades in different acting and dance shows so far, became a familiar name when he did his award-winning performance in a dance show, ‘Chak Dhoom Dhoom, which was aired on Colors TV during 2010.
In the standup comedy show,’ Chote Miyaan Chapter 3′, he had also tickled the funny audience bone. In this show, which was broadcast on Colours TV in 2012, he became the first runner up.
He began his acting career with the television series ‘Dil Mil Gaya,’ which was broadcast from August 2007 to Oct 2010. He then appeared in ‘Indian Teenager Confessions’ which aired on Channel V. He played important roles in the TV series ‘Hamari Devrani’ (on Star Plus),’ Shake it Up Mumbai’ (on Disney Channel),’ Saavdhaan India’ (on Life OK),’ Chhote Bahu’ (on Zee TV), and ‘Parvarish’ (On Sony TV).
He was also part of ‘Hum Hain Bajrangi’ which ran on Big Magic TV until 2013 and of a sitcom ‘Karan and Kabeer’s suite life’ which ran on Disney India Channel from April 2012 to until recently.
He was busy performing the role of young ‘Duryodhan’ during 2013 in the epic serial ‘Mahabhart’ that originally ran on Star Plus from Sep 2013 to Aug 2014. He is currently playing the role of ‘Arav’ Mahesh Ajmera ‘aka’ Arav Suresh Modi ‘in a television drama,’ Ek Nayi Pehchan,’ which has been running since Dec 2013 on Sony TV.
Alam has also done a number of TV commercials. He was listed in Concept, Kurkure, Surf Excel, Aircel, Perk and Sonic Nicklodean commercials. He made a print advertisement for the company ‘Mafatlal’.
Alam has to his credit one telefilm. In the television film ‘Hamara Hero Shaktimaan’ that was broadcast on Pogo TV on June 30, 2013, he played a key role. He also has three more films that are yet to be released, ‘Hasmukh Pighal Gaya’, ‘Love Day’ and ‘Tomchi’.
Indeed, this multi-talented lad, with a decade of acting and modelling experience, is a great dancer. Among other dance styles, he understands western, variety, folk, mix-Punjabi, semi-classical and hip-hop. Someday, he hopes to be a celebrity. He chuckles, in his own words, ‘I want to follow my acting career and I want to be a celebrity.’

In 2008, Alam Khan made his first on-screen appearance as a child actor by playing the role of Gappu in the Dill Mill Gayye TV series.
